Our client is a reputable investment management firm with an established global footprint. To support its continued growth, there is now an opportunity for an exceptional individual to join its finance team in Singapore.
Supporting the Private Equity investment business, your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing financial accounting, audit and reporting for investment assets
- Preparing financial statements for investment holding companies
- Tax structuring and providing finance and tax inputs
- Liaising with external auditors
- Assisting in process and system improvement projects in relation to new accounting or business requirements.
You are degree qualified with at least 5 years’ relevant experience gained from a public accounting firm or Private Equity industry. Cross-border tax experience is highly desired. You are a driven self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You should have strong communication and presentation skills.
