If you are a registered user or subscriber of any of our Websites and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new training or training updates you can access, partner offers, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with us and in the industry.
We are committed to delivering only information and training we deem will be relevant and of benefit to you. We keep this type of email to a minimum. Of course, if you subscribe to daily updates… well, then you can expect to receive those daily.
OPTING OUT OF COMMUNICATIONS

TESTIMONIALS AND COMMENTS
If you provide us with a testimonial, you give us your consent for the use of your name and the Service to be displayed on any of our Websites, or in our other marketing materials, together with the content of the testimonial that you provide. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will use reasonable efforts to delete this information. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
You have the right under the Data Protection Act to access the information which we hold about you. If you are a resident of the European Union and you wish to exercise this right, please send your request via our GDPR Request page.
The processing of this request is free of charge, however, we reserve the right, as allowed under GDPR Article 12 (5), to charge an administrative fee in certain circumstances. Please note that we may refuse to act, as allowed under GDPR Article 12 (2) and 12 (5), on requests that are insufficiently substantiated, unfounded or excessive.
