Support the management company, general partner, and consulting group with accounting and financial operations. Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in public accounting, administration, or private equity.
Lead new transactions and support the continued growth of portfolio companies. Demonstrable deal execution and leadership experience within private equity or a related investment environment, ideally with exposure to mid‑market transactions in Australia or New Zealand.
Support the firm’s fund finance, operations, and capital management functions. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 6+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, fund operations, and capital management, ideally within real estate private equity, infrastructure, or alternative investments.
Manage relationships with the investors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication. Proven expertise in investor relations and stakeholder management.
Focus on fund related legal, regulatory, and compliance matters in a dynamic, international environment. Master’s Degree in Law. 3+ years experience in a top tier law firm, asset manager or private equity environment. Profound knowledge of Dutch and English.
