Lead and manage multiple challenging financial due diligence engagements and participate in transactions related to the acquisitions and divestitures by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers and sellers. Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a major in Accounting or Finance. Approximately 10 years of related work experience, with 5+ years experience in financial due diligence.
