Our client is a leading and well-established growth equity firm with a strong track record of achieving top-quartile returns. As they prepare for their next flagship fundraise, they are seeking to strengthen their Investor Relations function with the addition of a Senior Associate/VP.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Investor Relations, you will play a key role in all aspects of fundraising and in servicing the firm’s global institutional investor base.

The Role:

* Take ownership of investor relations activities ahead of the next fundraise, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date documentation
* Create and manage marketing materials, including data room setup, DDQs, pitch books, AGM materials, and responding to ad-hoc data requests
* Conduct research on the venture capital market, covering macroeconomic trends, microeconomic factors, legal updates, and regulatory compliance
* Manage logistics for roadshows and investor meetings

Requirements:

* 3–5 years of total experience in a placement agency or similar IR roles
* Prior experience in investment banking, with at least 12 months in an in-house IR role within private equity, venture capital, or a placement agent
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Solid financial literacy and analytical abilities
* Knowledge of the LP market and fundraising processes
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive, self-starter attitude
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Additional language skills (beyond English) are advantageous
