Manage the fund accountant and review fund activity. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA designation. 5+ years of fund accounting, audit or tax experience, ideally in private equity.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the fund accountant and review fund activity
* Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly financial statements and annual audited financial statements for investors, including the company’s capital waterfalls
* Coordinate with the funds’ auditors and tax preparers
* Review quarterly portfolio company valuations
* Prepare IRRs and other performance metrics
* Prepare and/or review capital calls, management fee calculations and distributions
* Pre- and post- close deal tasks, including the review of documentation for fund investments
* Respond to limited partner inquires and additional special requests
* Manage shareholder representative process for realized investments
* Review tax allocations and returns
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
* CPA
* 5-7 years of fund accounting, audit and/or tax experience, ideally in private equity
* Big 4 audit or tax experience preferred
* Strong time and people management skills
* Proficiency in MS office applications, particularly Excel
* Ability to learn new applications quickly
* Ability to multitask and balance priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
