Robert Half has partnered with a boutique, full-service law firm in downtown Denver on the search for a 5+ years’ Corporate Attorney to join their team. This Attorney will support the firm’s corporate practice group with mergers & acquisitions, general corporate and other business law matters. Experience with venture capital and company transactions, general corporate governance and commercial matters strongly preferred.
Requirements:
* Stellar academic credentials and references
* Licensed Attorney
* Venture Capital experience
* Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience
* Well-founded grasp of equity financing
* Foundational knowledge in Transactional Law
* Experience with corporate governance
* Corporate law experience
* Proven knowledge of debt financing
* General familiarity with risk management
* Practical knowledge of Corporate Compliance
* Quality experience with securities law
* Analytical, legal research and writing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Parking is paid for by the firm. They also offer an annual discretionary bonus and a quarterly billable hour bonus.
