Investigo is pleased to be working on an exclusive mandate for a high growth PE firm in Central London which is offering an unrivalled opportunity to gain exposure to their deals and transactions teams. Getting hands-on with performance metrics, business partnering with the front office and ownership of the in-house fund finances.

Joining this close-knit boutique PE firm, you will be mentored and supported by a highly experienced, approachable FD and CFO. They will be looking to develop not only your finance knowledge but also help craft your commercial skills.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the external fund administrators on a regular basis
* First line of review of work produced by fund administrators in UK and Luxembourg and then reporting into FC including, but not limited to:
– Day-to-day queries
– Quarterly accounts
– VAT returns
– Corporate tax returns

* Work with FC and Operations Manager on quarterly investor reporting, including assisting with Fund and deal performance metrics
* Support the investor relations function with any relevant investor queries
* Assist in organising and reviewing the work of external advisers on US, UK, German and Guernsey investor tax reporting
* Assist and oversee the calculation of GPS, portfolio monitoring and directorship fees
* Involvement with management company structure on an ad-hoc basis
* Assist with quarterly investment valuations preparations in line with IPEV
* Management of the audit process of all the funds, organising and monitoring the auditor’s work in London and Luxembourg. CASS audit experience is an advantage
* Organise and monitor the preparation of investor capital calls and distributions
* Quarterly portfolio company confirmations process to ensure reconciliation between them, the fund, and the fund administrator

Experience Required:

* Strong academics
* ACA/ACCA qualified
* Understanding of fund structures (PE preferable, but not essential)
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Analytically minded, able to work with large data sets and proactive approach to work
* Enjoy working as part of a team and under own initiative
* Confidence to deal with senior stakeholders and key investors
