In this opportunity, you will have the chance to join a well-established global Private Equity firm based in Luxembourg and join a small office composed of a highly professional Team. Following new acquisitions, my client is looking for an additional employee with a solid Legal background to cover a large scope of legal aspects.

Responsibilities:

* Preparation and coordination of transactions as well as the transactional documents
* Preparation of the basic legal documentations for the Private/Equity transactions
* Preparation of the legal documentation for the approval of annual accounts
* Liaise with third parties for incorporation/liquidation of companies
* Follow up on signature of documentation and filing documentation in the system and in the files
* Attend and draft BOD minutes of the companies and maintain in order list of BoM
* Liaise with London office
* Liaise with third parties advisors (lawyer, notary/banks)
* KYC/open bank account + AML and compliance procedures
* Preparation of bank transfers
* RCS filling and maintain up-to-date the registers of the Companies

Your Profile:

* University degree in Law is preferred
* 3 years experience in a Legal Corporate role (dealing with SOPARFIs), within a Private Equity firm or a domiciliation/corporate services provider in Luxembourg. Experience in Private Equity will be considered as a strong asset
* Team player, interested in working in an international context
* Highly motivated and results-oriented personality, stress-resistant
* Fluent in English and French
* Good command of MS Office tools
