Fantastic opportunity for a junior associate level professional to join an expanding software/ tech focused private equity fund
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Origination of new deal opportunities
* Analysis of new investments including modelling and valuation
* Financial modelling, financial due diligence, structuring
* Work with and support more experienced team members in transaction negotiations
* Work with portfolio companies on value creation
Professional Experience:
* Probably 2nd or 3rd year analyst with a blue chip advisory firm or tech boutique such as GP Bullhound
* Experience in software and tech deals
* Financial modelling skills
