Hedge Fund is seeking a Trading Application Support Analyst. Be the primary contact for front-office covering traders in handling queries of both a technical and a strategy-specific nature. Degree holder in Computer Science or related field.

Details

Responsibilities:

* Monitor the platform and take proactive action to provide a very high level of support service
* Be the primary contact for front-office covering traders in handling queries of both a technical and a strategy-specific nature
* Provide support/troubleshooting on Real-time monitoring and Transaction Cost Analysis systems
* Manage and track daily production problems, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication to clients
* Liaise with developers, team members in other regions and senior management regarding product developments and issue escalation/tracking

Requirements:

* Degree holder in Computer Science or related field
* Very strong communication skills, with fluency in English
* Excellent prioritisation, analytical and problem solving skills
* Good client management and interpersonal skills
* Highly self-motivated with a collaborative approach
