Responsibilities:
* Execute and reconcile daily trades to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational standards
* Manage security master updates and resolve discrepancies with the brokers to maintain data integrity
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new funds, accounts, and client relationships, enhancing operational capabilities
* Act as the primary liaison for the investment management team regarding operations-related inquiries
* Monitor daily cash positions and manage fund-level cash ladders to optimize liquidity across portfolios
* Analyze portfolio performance, including attribution and benchmark reporting, to identify trends and anomalies
* Prepare and deliver periodic investment and regulatory reports, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* 2–5 years of experience in trade operations, middle office, or fund accounting within asset management, hedge funds, or investment banks
* Strong understanding of fixed income and alternative investment strategies
* Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach
Nice-to-Have:
* Experience with syndicated loans and portfolio management systems
* Familiarity with performance measurement methodologies and risk metrics
* Background in attribution and benchmark analysis
