Leading quantitative research and technology company is seeking an exceptional Software Developer to work on their core real-time quant platform. You will be working in a fast paced and highly stimulating environment where you will be encouraged to continuously learn and voice your own ideas to improve team processes.

As a Software Developer you will be involved in a large variety of tasks including; implementation of experimental new components, refactoring the existing system to make it easier to test, develop and deploy software and supporting researches with building software (utilising F# and C# technology) that can work reliably on large data sets in a real time production context.

Based in central London, you will be joining a collaborative team, who promote a relaxed and positive work environment and enjoy regular social events, such as weekends away.

Requirements:

*Strong C# and / or F# skills
*Experience, or willing to learn, a number of programming styles (Functional and other OO)
*Strong problem solving skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Likely to be degree educated in Computer Science or similar
*Desirable: Finance experience, Continuous Delivery
