Hedge Fund is seeking an Operations Manager. Account Manager for a number of EMEA Fund Administration clients; typically Hedge Funds and Asset Managers. Demonstrated experience and clear understanding of credit products – Corporate bonds, CLO/CMOs, TRS, CDS, Loans and the main drivers of the P&L on these products.

City Elite is delighted to be working with a Global Financial Services Company. We are helping them find a hedge fund operations manager.

Responsibilities:

* Account Manager for a number of EMEA Fund Administration clients; typically Hedge Funds and Asset Managers
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and service requirements and formulising account plans
* Facilitate and chair regular in person service review meetings
* Manage client issues and projects through to satisfactory resolution across all functions
* Build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Oversight of Trade processing, trade matching and affirmation, reconciliations, collateral management, payments, NAV Production, Daily P&L delivery and reporting
* Assess operational performance through analysis of data and metrics
* Deliver operational efficiencies through automation and STP of processes

Requirements:

* Demonstrated track record of strong client management in the financial sector
* Demonstrated experience and clear understanding of credit products – Corporate bonds, CLO/CMOs, TRS, CDS, Loans and the main drivers of the P&L on these products
* Industry/Accounting Qualifications preferred (ACCA, CA, CAIA, CFA, CIMA)
* Proven record of liaising with Audit firms
* Solid understanding of operational risk and controls
* IAQ / IMC is advantageous
