A boutique hedge fund with over $100 million in assets under management is seeking a dedicated Investor Relations and Business Development Professional to join its growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the firm’s leadership and play a key role in managing investor relationships and driving capital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, ensuring timely communication, reporting, and relationship management
* Develop and execute a capital-raising strategy targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors (endowments and foundations)
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
* Collaborate with the investment team to understand and effectively communicate the firm’s strategies, performance, and value proposition
* Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or business development within the asset management or hedge fund industry
* Proven track record of raising capital from HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, and small institutions
* Strong understanding of equity and/or fixed income investment products
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Based in Texas (Houston preferred) or open to exceptional candidates working remotely within the U.S
