We are currently representing a leading £20bn hedge fund manager who is looking to add someone to their Projects Team and be responsible for initiating, overseeing and delivering strategic projects on behalf of the COO function.

The book of work includes initiatives aimed at enhancing, automating and digitising key processes across all business lines and functions. Typical projects are front-to-back in nature and cover the full lifecycle from conception to rollout.

The team is looking for a capable and hands-on project manager to drive efforts and oversee a number of key initiatives in the projects team. The role holder will be responsible for identifying solutions and driving delivery to completion, across a number of concurrent initiatives. The role holder will work closely with key internal partners from front office, support and control functions, as well as external suppliers and providers. The role holder will report to the Head of Projects.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of delivering results with a with a creative solution-led mindset, and the ability to move quickly from concept to reality. The role holder will be a self-starter and will thrive on working autonomously.
