Your New Role
Your new role is a Fund Controller position within the firm’s Debt & Added Value where you will serve as the single point of contact for internal fund managers, portfolio & asset managers and administrators. You will be required to review and prepare the accounts of the fund, manage the audit and tax compliance process, liaise with the firm’s wider functions and assist in due diligence and structuring of new debt investments.
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
* 1+ years PQE
* Fund or CRE debt experience
* Knowledge of loan agreement mechanics
* Strong communication skills
