Hedge Fund is seeking a Debt Originations Associate. Underwrite and close high-yield real estate debt investments, including pre-development land loans, bridge loans, and construction loans across all asset classes. Bachelor’s degree required. Approximately 1-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in structuring equity or debt transactions.
