We are working with a major European infrastructure private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing.

They are now looking to add a VP to their infrastructure debt team.

Responsibilities:

* Origination of investments for the firm
* Carry out an initial appraisal of investments
* Financial/LBO modelling
* Structure transactions alongside the Directors
* Manage advisors as principal
* Deal execution

Requirements:

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
* VP-level infrastructure debt professionals from other funds
* VP leveraged investment bankers with infrastructure lending experience
* Experience must include infrastructure debt origination work
* Infrastructure deal experience is essential for the role
