THE FIRM
The business in question is a leading private equity firm with a range of different teams covering different sectors. The firm has an exceptional reputation across the globe with a presence in most major financial hubs. The infrastructure team in particular is well-known and features some of the top names from the infrastructure and energy space.
THE ROLE
- The primary responsibility is to source and execute investment opportunities
- Manage a team of Associates and Analysts through the investment process, right through to execution
- Presentation of investment proposals to the Investment Committee
- Actively work with portfolio companies post-investment. Liasing with management teams, you will play a key role on operational aspects, and ensure that best practices are implemented
- Provide leadership, development and mentoring to members of the team
THE CANDIDATE
- A depth of experience across the infrastructure space
- Exceptional financial competence, which should have been gained in an investment banking or equity investment capacity
- VP or Director level
- Candidates who do not speak fluent German will not be considered
