An industry leading investment manager specialising in real estate equity and debt investments worldwide, have a requirement for a Senior Finance Manager to take control of the reporting on a Pan-European fund.
Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will build strong relationships working collaboratively with team members across Europe to help achieve the Fund’s investment goals and returns. As an experienced team member, you will manage the statutory reporting, tax compliance and cash flow planning for property holding companies across a number of European jurisdictions. This includes NAV calculations and managing the financing of transactions and fund flows, preparing bespoke financial and tax information for investors.
As the ideal candidate, you must be a fully qualified accountant with a strong understanding of IFRS and it’s application to real estate funds. Good working knowledge of Lux GAAP, European tax principles and fund structuring techniques would be desirable. Due to the collaborative nature of the business and interface you have with the wider business, you must be a confident, strong communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders being integral to your success in the role.
