This is an exclusive assignment for a boutique Real Estate Firm based in Mayfair. They are looking for a commercial Financial Controller; someone who wants to get closer to the deals, is familiar with different fund structures and can be relied upon to successfully review the work of the third party fund administrators.
This role is away from the number crunching. You will be responsible for reviewing, not preparing, the fund accounts to give you time to focus on the deals from supporting transactions through to fund structuring and valuation work.
This is a commercial role that is suited to someone with between 3 and 5 years post qualified experience. The salary is open, competitive and dependant on a candidate’s current salary. They will always provide an increase and the bonus is above market rate. Ideally you will be working for a similiar sized private equity or real estate investment house in a Fund Controller role with deal experience. This is an exceptional role and a real chance to make a difference and add value. Alternatively you can been a Manger from a big 4 firm who has audited funds and is looking for their first move into Investment Management.
