One of Britain’s leading Private Equity firms is seeking a recently qualified ACA to join its expanding finance function. The firm is based in the heart of central London and is renowned within the industry, with over $10bn AUM and an outstanding record of successful investments spanning a wide range of sectors. Despite their success, the company has maintained a fantastic entrepreneurial culture and are looking for like minded innovative ACA’s to join, with a view towards fast tracked internal progression in the near future.
The role itself is foreword looking and value add, it sits as a Management Accountant and responsibilities range from management reporting, analysis on new fund launches and business partnering with stakeholders. Furthermore, there is a sizeable amount of project work, including designing and implementing new systems and best practices, scenario and sensitivity analysis on new industry measures, as well as managing FX risks within the group.
The chosen candidate will be ACA qualified with 0-2 years post qualification experience, either within audit or with a Financial Services firm. Audit experience within Private Equity/Investment Management is desired but not essential, more important is a genuine interest in, and knowledge of, the Private Equity industry.
Salary will be 50,000-55,000 depending on experience, with a fantastic benefits package on top, including a 10%+ non-contributory pension, discretionary bonus (typically around 20%) and private health cover.
