Focus on primary fund investments and secondary transactions in private equity, venture capital and real asset investment funds; also work on fund formation and transactional matters. Juris Doctorate degree. Member of the Pennsylvania Bar or eligible for in-house corporate counsel license. 3+ years work experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with the private equity or corporate departments of a law firm.
