We are currently working with one of south east Asia’s most renowned private equity funds. This firm has a remarkable track record of success in raising and deploying funds in south east Asia over many years. We are currently hiring for a strong Senior Analyst or Associate to continue the expansion of the team in Singapore.
Associates work directly with senior-level decision-makers including the fund’s investment partners, operating partners and leaders of current and prospective portfolio companies. To be eligible for this role you will have to have a proven track record of having successfully executed south east Asia based M&A deals. In addition Associates are expected to:
- Lead the detailed evaluation of new investment opportunities across south east Asia
- Transaction execution and deal project management all the way to completion
- Develop capital structure and valuation views along with the seniors in the team
- Monitor portfolio companies to maximize value
- Manage relationships with management teams and corporate and financial sponsor partners.
- Guide and mentor the others in the team
You will be a highly motivated and driven investment banking professional with at least 2 years of experience within the corporate finance team of a Top Tier Global Investment Bank in Asia. Your south east Asian M&A deal experience is critical to be successful in this role.
A track record of successful involvement in all aspects of deal project management, high level client/stakeholder liaison and internal team management are critical.
Superior academic and performance record will be advantageous while strong analytical, valuation and communication skills are required.
