The HR Associate will take on a broad generalist remit, covering the full employee lifecycle, performance management, employee relations and more. You’ll have the chance to contribute to shaping HR initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for a high-potential HR professional with approximately 4-5 years of experience in a buy-side investment firm, high-growth fintech, or similarly fast-paced financial services setting. It offers scope to take on more responsibility and make a tangible impact within a growing, people-driven culture.

The Candidate:

* 4+ years of HR generalist experience in PE, investment management, family office, VC, Hedge Fund or fintech firm in a UK office
* Strong IT skills, especially Excel
* Positive nature
* Can do attitude
* Interest in technology
* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

There will be some flexibility when it comes to working from home. Expect 4 days in the office and 1 from home, although there will be times when this may well be 5:0 as well as sometimes 3:2.
