We’re partnering with a mid-cap private equity fund in Munich that’s looking to add a high-calibre Associate to its investment team.

Your Responsibilities:

* End-to-end support on live buyout transactions
* Financial modeling, valuation and investment analysis
* Commercial and financial due diligence coordination
* Management presentations and investment memos
* Active involvement in portfolio company projects

Your Profile:

* 2–4 years experience in PE, IB, or transaction services
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
* Proven deal exposure in M&A or buyouts
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong ownership
* Fluent German and English (mandatory)
