Support the portfolio company finance teams, including direct interaction with the CFOs, controllers, and FP&A managers, with tax reporting and supporting calculations, such purchase price allocations, transaction cost analysis, and coordinating tax work within required timelines. Previous experience as tax lead on large multinational companies within the industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and service sectors, preferably.
