We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join our private equity team, with a strong background in middle-market buyout investing. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of evaluating, executing, and managing investments, particularly in the manufacturing and industrial services sectors. This individual will play a key role in leading transaction execution, from diligence and structuring to closing, and will be a critical member of our investment team driving value creation across our portfolio.

In this role, the Vice President will oversee all aspects of the deal process for both new platform investments and add-on acquisitions made by existing portfolio companies. Responsibilities include managing diligence workstreams, coordinating the advisors, developing investment committee materials, negotiating deal terms, and building strong relationships with the management teams. The VP will also contribute to portfolio company oversight, helping shape strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and long-term growth plans.

We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has the judgment, maturity, and technical expertise to guide deals from start to finish. Candidates should have direct private equity experience at the Vice President level (or equivalent) and a proven ability to drive successful outcomes in buyout transactions.
