A leading global Venture Capital fund is seeking to hire a Head of Investor Relations to lead its fundraising and investor relations function. The firm has an extensive track record investing in high-growth companies across software, fintech and digital health.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all fundraising initiatives across current and future fund vehicles, including preparation of marketing materials, DDQs, and investor documentation
* Serve as the primary point of contact for existing LPs, managing communications, quarterly reporting, and ongoing relationship development
* Develop and execute a long-term capital formation strategy, identifying and cultivating relationships with institutional, family office, and HNW investors globally
* Manage data rooms, investor portals, and CRM systems to ensure timely and accurate information delivery
* Partner with the legal, finance, and investment teams on LPAs, fund structuring, and compliance requirements
* Lead the coordination and execution of the firm’s AGM, roadshows, and investor events
* Support co-investment and continuation vehicle discussions as required
* Track and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and investor feedback to inform strategy

Key Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or fundraising within private markets (preferably venture capital, growth equity, or private equity)
* Strong network across the LP landscape (including family offices, consultants, and institutional allocators)
* Proficient with CRM systems, data room platforms, and investor reporting tools
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies in a compelling way
