Review of the firm’s Asia business units’ marketing materials and external communications, as well as cross-border marketing and fund distribution activities in the Asia Pacific region. Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of compliance experience working in a regulated alternative investment manager, with strong foundation of regulatory compliance matters in investment advisory and management firms in Hong Kong including, but not limited to, the FMCC requirements applicable to ROOFs.
