A Private Equity is looking for a candidate with both fund audit and fund accounting experience

Responsibilities:

* Manage NAV calculations, capital call, management fees, performance fees, distribution and cashflow
* Support acquisition and exits of investments
* Perform KYC, AML, FATCA and CRS compliance
* Liaise with the Fund Service, Auditors, Tax consultants, Corporate Secretary

Ideal Candidate:

* 4 years experience total in both PE fund audit and fund accounting
* Collaborative mindset
* Strong communicative skills
