A prestigious client located in the Philadelphia Suburbs seeks a thorough Associate/Sr. Associate-Private Equity with investment banking or private equity firm experience. In this role, the successful candidate will assist the firm in generating new investment opportunities by implementing fund structures, building complex financial models, reviewing/analyzing portfolio investments, and assisting with the change of control buyout process. The ideal Associate/Sr. Associate-Private Equity for this role must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proven knowledge of corporate finance with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Major Responsibilities:
* Identify new investment opportunities
* Monitor portfolio investments
* Draft and present internal proposals
* Prepare due diligence reports
* Analyze all fund capital activity
* Complete fund documentation
* Provide data analytics
* Assist with ad-hoc reporting
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Economics.
* MBA preferred
* 3-6+ years of investment banking or private equity experience
* Solid technology skills
* Excellent communication skills
