Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics. CPA with 5+ years of audit or tax experience in public accounting or at a private equity or venture firm; 2+ years of experience in a review capacity and one year of experience as a manager.

Our client Is a leading fund of funds managing nearly $17B AUM. The client is diversified across buyout, growth and expansion, venture capital and special situations funds.

Duties:

* Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
* Review quarterly and annual financial statements of funds for accuracy, completeness and overall presentation in accordance with US GAAP
* Work with the Finance management team to ensure accurate and timely audit and tax filings by coordinating with various outside service providers, researching technical tax and accounting issues as needed, and assisting with the overall audit and tax process internally and externally
* Manage one report

Requirements:

* CPA with 5+ years of audit or tax experience in public accounting or at a private equity or venture firm
* At least 2 years of experience in a review capacity and 1 year of experience as a manager

Keys:

* Degree in Accounting, Business, or Econ – Big plus with strong GPA
* CPA
* Open to straight out of public audit at Manager or Sr. Manager level
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
* Excellent time management / organizational skills
