About Our Client

Our client is an established multi-asset class investment manager headquartered in Riyadh. They are looking for an Analyst/Associate to join their expanding alternatives investments team, focusing on real estate Investment in the MENA region.

What the Job Involves:

* Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing, analysis and execution of investment opportunities across real estate including due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and negotiation and creation of all investment committee materials
* Origination of new investments into real estate, deal execution and portfolio management
* Support the monitoring of the performance of portfolio companies and recommend corrective actions

Who We Are Looking For:

* Strong experience across the private real estate investment sector in Riyadh and wider GCC
* Commercial and entrepreneurial individual with the ability to manage stakeholders and processes from opening to closing execution
* Full fluency in Arabic to a professional level
* Access to an existing network across the MENA region
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to be based in Riyadh full-time
