The Investment Operations Associate will be responsible for organizing and processing manager data including monthly asset values and performance data for the numerous family investment entities and their foundations.

Responsibilities:

* Private Equity Administration: Process capital calls and distributions; enter transactions into the performance database, coordinate timely payment of capital call obligations with the various family offices
* Support monthly and quarterly performance and accounting activities for various asset classes (equity, fixed income, hedge funds, private equity funds)
* Centralize communications from the fund managers, and initiate the workflows and processes related to our document management system
* Cash management duties: Monitor cash flows, prepare cash projections and reconciliations
* Conduct portfolio analysis including geographic, sector and currency exposures; fund versus benchmark performance and risk analysis; as well as portfolio asset allocation
* Assist with the quarterly reporting package for each client
* Support the Financial Reporting managers as needed with ad-hoc client reporting or analysis requests
* Maintain a key focus on process management and quality control

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree required
* 1-2 years investment performance measurement or accounting experience, preferably in the investment or financial services industries
* Analytically and technically sound with knowledge of financial markets and some knowledge of investment management operations
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style and messaging to effectively communicate with professionals at all levels
