Our client is a well-established venture capital firm that invests in Seed and follows on rounds in Tech start-ups. Active in both Europe and the U.S. with a tech-agnostic approach, they are planning to launch their second vehicle this year on the back of the successful deployment of their first fund. Their Geneva-based team is led by 2 Managing Partners, and they anticipate the need to hire an additional team member to manage the upcoming workflow. With a management consulting background and/or VC/start-up experience, you will be joining as an Associate and will be exposed to multiple projects from fundraising to investment analysis and execution to active portfolio work.

Responsibilities:

* Support the Managing Partners in the upcoming fundraising, preparing pitch material and liaising with LPs
* Active participation in deal evaluation and execution alongside Partners (both new investments and follow on rounds)
* Build and deliver various performance reports on existing portfolio companies and track their progress
* Support the ongoing management of portfolio companies, help drive and monitor value creation agenda

Your Profile:

* Experience in a VC or with a start-up
* Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously
* Fluent English, another European language is an asset
* Self-starter – show initiative and comfortable in a flat organisation structure
