It’s looking for an analytically-minded and commercial Investor Relations professional to join its London team and focus on its private equity and growth products. What the Job Involves:

* Developing fund marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs and ad-hoc investor communications, i.e. PPMs, DDQs, case studies, etc.
* Production and analysis of fund performance and portfolio company data for use in high-quality quarterly reports
* Producing market research, competitor analysis and presentations for internal strategic meetings
* Preparing materials for investor events such as annual investor meetings, advisory board meetings and other investor events
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver effective client relations services

Who We Are Looking For:

* Educated to degree level from a leading institution with strong academic background
* Background in financial services – either in investment banking, consulting, transaction services, corporate finance or experience in a placement agent / IR
* Technically minded and comfortable understanding financial / performance terminology. Understanding of financial modelling would be beneficial
* Proficient command of English, both verbal and written. Demonstrable ability to transform financial performance details into investor-friendly messages
* Familiarity or interest in private equity is a must
