A private equity real estate business based in London is looking for a talented and dynamic Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation of financial models
* Preparation of presentations
* Opportunity pipeline management
* Real Estate Transaction execution and support
* Investment analysis and underwriting
* Investor and Board reporting
* Assist with financing

Experience Required:

* Minimum 2:1 graduate degree in a core subject from a top tier university
* 2-4 years complimentary work experience in real estate investment
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Advanced financial modelling
* Focused and ambitious, with an interest in property
* Highly competent with numbers, keen to immerse themselves in all aspects of the business
* Excellent numeracy, organisation and communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads
