A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Fund Controller in Boston, Massachusetts. This client is an international financial services firm that is currently growing with a fun and energetic environment internally.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise audit and tax preparation process
* Assist with preparing information and data for capital calls, distributions, and allocations
* Manage, track portfolio financing, and forecast cash flow
* Assist with quarterly reporting
* Maintain investor information in systems

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
* Certified Public Accountant certification is required
* 3+ years of Public Accounting experience
* Private equity/venture capital experience
* Knowledge of partnership accounting
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Familiar with QuickBooks is preferred
* Strong attention to detail
