Our client is New York City based private equity firm, making control investments in lower middle-market companies. As the business continues to grow, on the back of recent successes, we are assisting in the placement of a Senior Managing Partner who will play a key role in transitioning from an independent sponsor to a hybrid family office/first time fund. This is an excellent opportunity to partner into a relatively small, active and growing entity with legacy and track record that spans over thirty years.

Requirements
* Currently sitting in a senior executive position at a private equity fund.
* Experience in the execution of full life-cycle private equity investments.
* Experience with Fundraising, deal origination, and fund representation.
* Comfortable reviewing and assessing potential deals presented to the senior committee.
* Possesses strong LP/family office/investor relationships and a proven ability to maintain those relationships over time.
* Experience interacting and liaising with senior management of portfolio companies; assisting with strategy, operational development, and hiring needs when necessary.
* Has a strong track record and analytical process.
