Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (“MSREI”) is a leading global real estate investment platform which has been one of the most active property investors in the world for more than two decades. MSREI currently manages approximately $41Bn of gross real estate assets worldwide across global opportunistic and core investment strategies on behalf of its clients. The position will be based in Moscow and is focused on Moscow real estate investments.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Assets management within MSREI in Russia (shopping malls in Moscow and St. Petersburg)
* Collect and synthesise financial and operating information about potential investment opportunities and industries in Russia, contribute to real estate acquisitions within MSREI
* Help create and analyse financial models and preliminary evaluation of investment opportunities
* Draft presentations and memoranda for a wider audience within the Firm
* Attend team discussions and partner meetings, where you may be asked to deliver parts of a presentation

Key Requirements (Essential):

* Strong academic credentials, degree in Economics or Finance in leading universities, or equivalent
* Fluency in English and Russian
* Relevant experience within real estate division of an investment bank in Russia, a leading real estate organisation or real estate private equity fund
* Experience in real estate assets management (ideally, shopping malls)
* Strong skills in corporate finance, ease with numbers and modelling
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to analyse and interpret complex information quickly and accurately
* Proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
* Committed to excellence in your work and maintain high professional and ethical standards
