Are you ACA/ ICAS qualified and working in a Private Equity firm?
An investment house whose focus is on infrastructure and renewables are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join their London office.
The firm are highly international and are experiencing substantial growth and have a good pipeline for expansion for the future.
Working out of fantastic offices in the heart of London you will be responsible for complete accounting coverage for the Fund, SPVs and company.
You would be managing a Finance team and building relationships across several stakeholders including fund managers, banks, fund and company boards and risk managers.
The desired candidate will be:
A Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ ICAS) with 7-10 years post-qualified experience
Working in a Private Equity/ Alternative Investment fund
Highly proficient in Private Equity practices both locally and internationally
Experienced in Luxembourg fund regulations
Experienced in of consolidations for smaller companies/ SPVs at both an industrial holding level and fund level
Flexible in the way they – the firm has an international environment and the role would favour professionals who would like to build an international team spirit
