Our client is a highly established family office that focuses on private equity investments. They are seeking to add a highly commercial qualified accountant to its finance team.

The Finance Manager, reporting directly to the COO, will assist in all aspects of the finance function in a broad role that will look to grow over time to potentially become the future COO of the firm.

This an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Accountant to join an impressive, growing team in a role that will allow you to gain exposure to everything from portfolio reporting to investment valuations.

Responsibilities:

* Fund accounting
* Management accounting
* Portfolio reporting and monitoring
* Transaction execution and support
* Respond to requests from the owners of the family office
* Manage the valuation and audit process across both fund and management companies
* Cash flow management, including FX
* Tax compliance and structuring

Your Profile:
* Undergraduate degree from a top tier university (2:1 or higher)
* Experience from a fund administration, audit or generalist accounting background
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA, etc., qualified
* Management accounting experience a benefit
* Independently minded, not afraid to take on responsibility in a small team
* Strong work ethic
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient English speaker
