Service provider. Responsible for maintaining relationships and overseeing the day-to-day accounting, analytics and administration for several client sponsored investment funds. Degree educated in Accounting or a related field. 7+ years accounting experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Based in Krakow or Gdansk, they require a Fund Administration Manager with 7 or more years of previous accounting experience, including 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience to join them.

In this permanent position, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships and overseeing the day-to-day accounting, analytics and administration for several client sponsored investment funds.

A General Day:
Direct and/or indirect management and supervision of all subordinate staff levels
Oversee day to day contact relationship with home site for accounting.
Produce internal management reporting.
Review service level agreements resolve and improve performance standards.
Manage internal workflow, supporting the planning for migrations and expected growth.
Administer limited partnership agreements and offering memoranda.
Build and maintain working relationship with all contacts and clients.
Assist deployment activities.
Educate on the tools/applications being deployed.
Conduct special client or internal projects as required.

The Ideal Candidate:
At least 7 accounting experience, including 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience.
Degree educated in Accounting or a related field.
Ideally private equity experience.
Fluent English.
Strong computer skills, such as Excel.
