Job Summary

Oversee the team that performs the timely and accurate reconciliation and booking processes for traded investments on the firm’s private equity funds and CLO’s. Minimum of 10 years operations experience at a hedge fund, private. Strong experience with trading and settling all types of financial instruments, with specific experience on bank debt, performing and distressed, and derivatives.

Descriptions

*Reporting to the Managing Director of Operations

*Responsible for leading the liquid trading, settlement, and reporting team.

*Oversee the team that performs the timely and accurate reconciliation and booking processes for traded investments on the firm’s private equity funds and CLO’s

*Responsible for the team that works with counterparties on the timely settlement of liquid trades

*Liaise with outside and internal counsel on the proper documentation of trades

*Oversee bank loan closing procedures

*Ensure proper trading controls and protocols are adhered to

*Lead the analysis and execution of the firm’s foreign currency and commodity hedging strategies

*Identify and implement policies and procedures for the Operations group

*Lead the team that performs the timely and accurate reconciliation and booking processes for

traded investments on private equity funds and CLOs

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

*Minimum of 10 years operations experience at a hedge fund, private

equity fund, and/or investment bank as a Director of Operations

*Strong experience with trading and settling all types of financial instruments, with specific experience on bank debt, performing and distressed, and derivatives

*Knowledge of LSTA and general trading principles a must

*Experience with Eze Castle and Black Mountain Everest order management systems a plus.
