Job Summary

Perform month end close for hedge funds and quarterly close for the VC funds. Must have 3+ years of experience either coming out of another Hedge Fund, or Fund Admin, VC firm, or public audit with Asset Management.

Details:

* Perform month end close for hedge funds and quarterly close for the VC funds
* Help prepare year-end financial statements and facilitate work with auditors.
* Maintain internal accounting and investor relation systems
* Work daily with traders and administrators to reconcile trade breaks and outstanding items
* Help oversee prime broker relationships to optimize margin and balances.
* Prepare and update marketing and performance materials

Job Requirements

* 3+ years of experience either coming out of another Hedge Fund, or Fund Admin, VC firm, or public audit with Asset Management Experience
* Ideally someone with understanding of side-pocket, allocations, options, futures, swaps, derivatives
* CPA is a plus
