$12 billion AUM multi-strat hedge fund. Report directly into the head of middle office, be sitting on the trading desk and will be responsible for independently pricing the firms positions as well as supporting the P&L production, analysis and reconciliation. 3+ total year’s experience.

My client, a $12 Billion Multi-Strat Hedge Fund is urgently searching for a Mid-level candidate with Product Control and/or Valuation background preferably coming out of a Hedge Fund/Investment Management firm. The successful candidate will report directly into the head of middle office, be sitting on the trading desk and will be responsible for independently pricing the firms positions as well as supporting the P&L production, analysis and reconciliation.
Other Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the implementation of new products.
- Ensure the Trades’ life-cycle events are timely executed.
- Work with all areas of the business to ensure all business requirements are met.
- Calculate monthly valuation adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Experience with derivative/swaps experience preferred.
- 3-8 total year’s experience.
- Bachelors degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Currently working in a Valuation/Product Control capacity.
