Hedge Fund is seeking a Merger Arbitrage Investment Analyst. Perform research on investment opportunities in the events of mergers, spin-offs, divestitures, buybacks and recapitalizations. Excellent academic credentials. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably within Finance, Economics or Mathematics discipline. 1-6 years of total work experience in a complex finance role, preferably within investment banking or investment roles.
