Job Summary

Hedge Fund, looking for an experienced Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will be expected to drive change and improve exiting processes and infrastructure, with day to day responsibilities including attending Operational Due Diligence meetings with investors, delivering business plans in collaboration with other business areas and tracking of open risks/trends to be resolved.

* The successful Head of Operations will be responsible for the oversight of their London Middle office, overseas middle office and fund accounting teams.
* The business take a modern/relaxed approach to their culture, employing self-driven and entrepreneurial characters that need minimal supervision.
* This position will be managing 3 direct reports who possess these qualities.
* The Head of Operations will be expected to drive change and improve exiting processes and infrastructure, with day to day responsibilities including attending Operational Due Diligence meetings with investors, delivering business plans in collaboration with other business areas and tracking of open risks/trends to be resolved.

* The successful Head of Operations will have 10 years+ experience.
* Candidates must have Hedge Fund experience.
* Management experience is essential.
* The Head of Operations will be self-motivated and proactive in driving change.
* Technological skills such as vba would be advantageous.
